The number and weight of animal slaughtered/butchered are used as an indicator to observe the movements in the Agriculture and Livestock sector. In particular live stocks like cows, pigs, sheep’s, goats and ostriches. Data of carnage in absolute numbers and weight are available till the year 2013.
